I thought the State of Nevada banned the serving of seafood at Burning Man.

That’s not really a question, is it? Our attorneys have assured us that as the shrimp are local to the black rock desert and have never seen an ocean, that our food is not considered seafood by the current FDA standards,

How are your shrimp harvested?

The original 14 pairs of breeding stock were hand harvested in August 2020. Only the largest and most palatable were chosen. Since then we have selectively bred 13 generations to produce this years crop of 382 pounds of the freshest and safest Anostraca meat.

What do they taste like?

They taste like fairy shrimp! They take to seasonings and marinades well.

Is this some sort of joke?
